NEW MODERN HOME IN VIENNA — DESIGNED FOR TODAY’S LIFESTYLE
Nearing Completion – Ready for delivery by end of May 2020.
This exciting new design by Arlington Modern blends a Prairie style exterior with a modern interior.
Upon entering the home, the foyer leads into a gourmet kitchen /dining room space featuring a built-in breakfast nook with a rustic beech wood bench. Beyond the kitchen is a stunning great room with windows on 3-sides, a gas fireplace and prewired for TV and speakers. Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry with a second sink.
Also on the main level: A large study/bedroom with full bath that serves as a powder room and private bath for the study. This bath features white porcelain, hanging vanity, polished nickel fixtures and a stunning narrow window. The mudroom and 2-car garage complete the main level.
The staircase: white oak treads, steel and glass handrails, and 17′ tall window that spans from the lower to the upper levels. The master suite is an oasis —private, light filled, coffered ceiling, white porcelain tile creates the setting for the oasis-style master bath, with soaking tub, large walk-in shower, floating vanities and natural light.
Additionally, there are 3-spacious bedrooms each with an en suite. The laundry is also located on this level.
The lower level features a bedroom, full bath, wet-bar and large open spaces for entertaining and media. Large windows and a French door to an areaway make this space light-filled.
The Prairie exterior is beautifully understated with long flat rooflines, horizontal siding with a rich mahogany T&G vertical accent at the stair tower.
Features: Main level: 8’0″ Pella windows and doors; 5″ white oak sand-in-place hardwood with custom color stain; the walls, ceiling and trim are painted architecture white; stainless steel appliances — Bluestar range, Zephyr range hood, Bosch dishwasher and Speed-oven/microwave, Electrolux refrigerator and freezer; honed Carrera marble countertop; Heat-n-Glo gas fireplace.Upper Level: Pella windows; solid core interior doors; 5″ white oak hardwood in hallway and master bedroom; carpet in secondary bedrooms; porcelain in baths, with chrome plumbing fixtures; walls and ceiling painted architectural white.Lower level; Pella windows and exterior door; solid core interior doors; full bath with tile, window, chrome fixtures; wet-bar with honed Carrera marble top; carpet.Check back for updates and new images. Both the main level and upper levels are clad in 5” white oak hardwood flooring, while the lower level features a vinyl floor with cork underlayment.

Who is the Builder?
In my previous business life, I founded Sagatov Associates— a company that has come to be known, especially in Arlington, for designing and building modern homes and renovations. Under my guidance, the company was on the forefront of high performance/green building.
I started the NVBIA Green Building Committee in 2006, which was instrumental in introducing Energy Star and Green Building to the local homebuilding community. In 2014, my son took over Sagatov Associates.
I toyed with retirement but my passion for real estate and building brought me back into the business. I have been building in Arlington the last few years. 504 Kingsley is my re-introduction to Vienna. I’m looking forward to bringing quality and innovation back to the Vienna new home market!
